Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your personalised hair appointments with our blonde hair specialist, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows time to offer your spot to someone else on the waitlist. 

Please note that no shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time may incur a $50 cancellation fee, or if a deposit was placed, it will become non-refundable. As a Wella colour expert, I appreciate your understanding.
